- Matt got to feel the baby move for the first time!!
- Adelaide has gone three weeks without her paci!
- Ever since paci disappeared, Bear’s presence and importance has been increasing.
- I got to enjoy an HOUR LONG brunch with a good friend! Thank you Mother’s Bistro for having a toddler play area in your restaurant!!!
- Matt taught Adelaide what sound an elephant makes, complete with trunk mime.
- A stranger at the grocery store commented on my pregnancy. We were both waiting at the butcher counter and he said, “Oh she can go first. She’s pregnant.” I was actually there first…but it was nice of him to recognize that. lol!
- My neighbor, whom I see and wave at almost every day, finally asked if I was pregnant. Yes I am!
- Adelaide’s sleep schedule has been completely thrown off by the evening sun breaks we’ve been getting. Starting around 7, the sun decides to finally come out from behind the clouds and shine DIRECTLY at her bedroom window, effectively heating her room up by 5-10 degrees and making it brighter than it ever is during her nap time. UGH!
- Apparently, Adelaide loves playing with play dough.
- Adelaide was introduced to chocolate milk, which she calls “chawky nilk”. I love hearing her say it!!
- After talking to four babysitters and rescheduling two appointments, I’ve determined that scheduling doctor appointments is exponentially more difficult when also coordinating babysitters.
- Our baby is a turnip this week!
I'd love to hear what you think!
