I’m so excited to share this recipe with you!! I used to make coffee-can ice cream every summer, while camping. It was a total blast teaching the method to my girls. They loved rolling the can back and forth, and watching the frost build up on the outside of the can as the ice/salt mixture got colder, and colder.
There were a few complaints about cold hands, but they powered through and reaped the rewards of their perseverance!
