The gluten-free cupcakes were gobbled up, right along side their gluten-full counterparts. They tasted so good, that no one knew they were allergy-free, until I told them. Now that’s a sign of a great gluten-free baking mix!
To recap, we used Julie’s Original White Cake Mix to make our vanilla cupcakes—it was SO easy! To the mix, we added almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract. They baked up beautifully!
